• Product data you configure for badges
• Badge configuration settings (text, colors, positioning)
• Session data required for authentication

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the badge management functionality
• Store your badge configurations as product metafields on Shopify
• Authenticate your access to the App
• Improve our service

3. Data Storage

Badge data is stored directly on your Shopify products as metafields — this means your badge configurations live on Shopify's infrastructure, not on our servers. Session data for authentication is stored securely on our hosting provider (Fly.io).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Shopify: Platform provider and data storage (metafields)
• Fly.io: Application hosting

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we store about your store
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Object to data processing
• Withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the App

6. Data Deletion

When you uninstall the App, your session data is automatically deleted from our servers. Badge metafields on your products will remain on Shopify unless you manually remove them or use the App's "Remove Badge" feature before uninstalling.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The App does not use cookies or tracking technologies beyond what Shopify requires for embedded app functionality.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for use by Shopify merchants and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your data receives adequate protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a notice in the App. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects when changes were made.
